Edit booking group
Basics
Name shows on the public booking page. Description gives the customer context for what they're picking.
Audience
Who can book through this rule. Members get earlier advance access; specific-plan-tier audiences are useful for Premium-only windows.
Composition
The 3 building blocks: which resources (pool), when (schedule), what it costs (rate card). Each links to its own edit page — changes there flow here.
Length + advance rules
How long bookings can be, what slot increments they snap to, and how far ahead customers can reserve.
Cancellation policy
What happens when customers cancel. Sliding scale by hours-until-booking is the typical pick for clubs that want to discourage late cancellations.
Booking caps
Per-customer limits prevent any single member from monopolizing the calendar. Caps stack additively with membership-plan caps.
Custom fields
Required fields collected during booking. Used for things like party-size validation, food orders, or accessibility prep.
If saved: impact preview
No changes pending. Preview re-computes as you edit composition / rules / caps.
Delete booking group
Deletion fails if any bookings reference this group. Pause is the typical pick when retiring a rule — past bookings keep their history.
