Earn rule
Points-per-dollar fires on every confirmed booking. Cap protects against unbounded liability if a single booking is unusually large (corporate buyouts, multi-bay events).
Tier-ladder mode (?id=tiers&tier=<slug>)
?id=tiers renders the same form with tier-specific fields: Tier name, Spend threshold (rolling 12-month), Earn multiplier (1.25× Silver / 1.5× Gold), and Perks (rate-card override, lounge access, monthly free add-on). The Earn rule fields are replaced by the threshold + multiplier inputs; everything else (eligibility, schedule, audit history) stays the same. Open Bronze tier ›
Estimated liability impact
Liability = outstanding points × the redemption rate. This preview re-computes as you edit the rule above. Save commits the change; the figure on your Loyalty dashboard updates within an hour.
Eligibility
Who can earn under this program. Cohort preview updates from your current customer list.
Schedule window
When the rule fires. "Always on" is the default — narrow windows are useful for promo programs (Mother's Day, off-peak win-back).
Audit + version history
Every edit creates a new version. Revert restores prior config without destroying history.

How the $ figure is computed
liability = sum(member_point_balance) × redemption_rate
Where redemption_rate is the redemption-rate value you set on this program (currently 100 pts = $5.00 → $0.05 per pt). Computed nightly + on bulk-redemption events; the preview re-computes synchronously as you edit.
Percentile is computed against 87 SnagATime clubs of similar size (400–500 members). SaaS-recommended ceiling: liability < 5% of LTM revenue.
