The Dashboard card shows the top 4 opportunities. This page shows everything Caddie + the analytics layer has surfaced, filterable + sortable, so the operator can triage and act in bulk.

  • Filter — by impact (revenue / engagement / risk), by area (pricing / scheduling / plans / customers).
  • Sort — by potential revenue, urgency, ease-of-implementation.
  • Dismiss + snooze — opportunities the operator has decided against stay out of the feed for the configured period.
  • Take action — each row deep-links to the right configuration surface (rate cards, schedules, plans, messaging) with state pre-loaded.
  • History — what was acted on, dismissed, snoozed — with outcomes (revenue lift, retention impact) tracked back into Caddie.
