How it works

Cards × windows × booking groups

A rate card is a pricing template. Schedule windows (off-peak / peak / weekend) split the week; each window has its own price. Booking groups reference cards by name — change a card and every group using it updates.

Public hourly $45 off-peak · $60 peak · $65 weekend → used by Open play + Walk-in
Member hourly Included across all windows → used by Member play; hours come from the member's plan
Lesson rate Flat $95/hr across all windows → used by Lessons; pro takes a cut on each session
